When you purchase a wallet, we collect your name, shipping address, email, and payment method (COD or card indication). Payment processing is handled by PCI‑compliant gateways; we never store full credit card numbers. Support correspondence may be retained.
2. How we use information
To fulfill orders, provide order updates, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
3. Cookies
We use only essential session cookies to maintain cart functionality. No tracking or advertising cookies are used without explicit consent.
4. Data retention
Order records are kept for 7 years to comply with tax obligations. Support tickets are deleted after 3 years.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@netrowallet.co.com. We respond within 30 days.
Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By purchasing or using NetroWallet, you agree to these terms. The device is a tool for self‑custody; you are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase and private keys.
2. Warranty
We warrant the device against manufacturing defects for 2 years (Basic), 3 years (Pro), or 5 years (Family). This does not cover user error, lost funds, or forgotten PINs.
3. Returns & refunds
Unused, unopened wallets may be returned within 100 days for a full refund. Opened wallets are final sale unless defective. Contact support@netrowallet.co.com to initiate.
4. Limitation of liability
NetroWallet shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of crypto assets. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
